Question: How is this KB programed? Is it offered as a add-in?

We have written the Knowledge Base ourselves, and are still in the process of "tweaking" it. As it stands currently, it has the same requirements as most of our database products:

ASP Support.
Access Database Support.
Read/Write Permissions to database.

Also, not normally required with our database products, this one also requires ASPEmail on the server, as we have it set up to not only post responses to the database, but also to email the original inquirer.

We do plan to offer this as an add-on product in the future, after we have used, tweaked, and thoroughly tested.
