Question: Is it easy to change from a Fixed Width Table, 760 pixels, Centered to a Variable Width Table?

Reply: It is easy enough to change it, but the effect may not be what you are anticipating. This template (and several others with flash headers) was set at a fixed width because the flash header and corresponding menu links are 760 pixels wide. If you increase the table from the 760px to 100%, the header area will look a bit out of place.
Certainly it can be done, but will require changing table widths and probably some of the width settings in the external css.
